At Goed Nieuws Meppel we believe that the Gospel – the good news of hope, love and salvation – is for everyone. At a time when many people are looking for something to hold on to, we as a local Christian website want to be a place where the light of God’s Word becomes visible. A place where people are encouraged, find answers and become acquainted with the Bible.

Our mission is simple but powerful: sharing the good news of Jesus Christ in and around Meppel. We do this through inspiring articles, personal stories, explanations of the Bible and practical initiatives.

We notice that more and more people are curious about faith, but don’t know where to start. That is precisely why we want to be approachable and accessible. Everyone is welcome – young and old, religious or searching.

To continue to do this work, we need support. Organizing and facilitating street evangelism, organizing and developing courses entail costs. We also want to continue to grow, so that even more people are reached with the good news.
